Story About Us

Concilio is a development company that was established in 1994. From the beginning it has been developing agriculture and SME food businesses in Finland. Since 2018 partners have joined their experience, knowledge, and minds to form services for food and agriculture companies that are aiming for Middle East and South East markets. In 2022 Concilio established its first subsidiary in Iran and has an office in Tehran. Other subsidiaries and offices are to be opened soon.

Since three partners have different stories, different backgrounds and different mindsets, we can together generate additional value for your business. And most importantly we are more than the sum of its parts!

Who we are?

Mr. Henrik Yli-Seppälä

Founder Partner

Henrik is a strategist and business developer, but also a hands-on person that gets things happen. He has a can-do attitude: “If there is a will, there is a way.”

Developing new businesses, opening new markets, supporting strategy planning with business intelligence and taking part in strategy planning are just some of the work experiences. Henrik carries in his backpack over 20 years of experience in the food industry and over 10 years of experience of new business development.

Assoc. prof. Harri Mäkivuokko

Partner, CSO

Harri is a biotech handyman and scientist with a thorough understanding of turning innovations into business opportunities.

Harri has been innovating and IPR-protecting novel biotech, food and nutrition related solutions for humans and animals for over 20 years. His roles have varied from researcher and export manager positions to CEO/Chairman roles in several companies and start-ups. Harri has a lively attitude towards finding scientifically solid and overall optimized solutions to the customers´ problems.

Mr. Ebra Gohari

Partner

Ebra is an international coach in business development. He is a serial entrepreneur in Sweden, Iran and Finland. He graduated from Dalarna University in Sweden with a Master of Science in Energy and Environmental Technology.

He has 15 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, strategic planning, international and domestic management. As an expert in consulting and managing projects of internationalization and commercialization of innovative ideas as well as localizing projects, he has worked for different industries gaining in-depth knowledge of each. Working in C-Level positions for both European and Pan European markets has given Ebra the ability to manage multicultural teams and understand human resource diversity needs. His efforts have facilitated multiple startup successes and during his entrepreneurship career, he has closed fundraising rounds from seed stage to series B.
